Many users know that Windows 7&8 supports changing desktop themes. But, unfortunately, the official theme for Windows 7 &8only change desktop background and color of windows Explorer. There are threads on third-party developers that are designed to replace not only the wallpaper and the whole GUI. In general, they are betraying the new look windows explorer, taskbar, Start menu, and some even allow changing the sound scheme and mouse pointers.
